2nd guest: Alda Nicmans, the Executive Director of ESABC  (Electronic Stewardship Association of BC, Canada) -  which is a non-profit electronic r organization responsible for the BC program, joined us in 2008 to talk about the growth of the electronics recycling program. Alda deals with the national perspective of waste management, liaising with other programs & government relations with respect to program expansion & accountability. Today (2012) we are able to recycle small appliances and pretty much anything that plugs in to something else or is operated by a battery.
